RETURN POLICY

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are unable to accept returns at this time. All sales are final.

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping (3-5 day processing) - Rates will be determined by USPS at checkout.

Priority Shipping (1-2 days processing) - Rates will be determined by USPS at checkout 

We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 days to process your order and ship it out. You will receive shipping confirmation within 5 business days from the day your order was placed unless you select Priority Shipping — in that case it will be within 1-2 days.   

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to wine.en.style@gmail.com.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not ship until the following Monday.

Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code. 

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
